HOW TO NAVIGATE THE SITE
We will make every attempt to ship your order as soon as possible and most orders will ship in 3 – 5 business days. However, unexpected manufacturers delays will sometimes postpone shipments. In those cases, we will notify you via email of any delays as soon as we are made aware of them. All prices shown on our site are in U.S. Dollars. There are currency converter tools for many popular currencies on our International Info Pages. There is no minimum order amount on our site.
HOW TO GET ACCURATE SHIPPING RATES
There are live shipping charges for our customers on our site based on part dimensions, delivery address, and current shipping rates. If you have placed the items you require in your "shopping cart", please begin the check-out process by clicking on the "Pay Securely Now" button and then choosing to either create an account or check-out as a guest. After creating an account or clicking on "Guest Sign-In", you will be taken to a screen for entering your address, after which you will see multiple shipping options (including delivery estimates and price differences) BEFORE any payment information is requested. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping dimension information, we may not have every part on our site in the system yet. In the event your order contains a part with dimensions that would cause an increase in the stated shipping charges, such as quad racks, quad fenders, UTV roofs, etc., we will contact you before processing your order with a new shipping estimate. Again, although we have most of the dimensions for all the parts we sell, we can not ensure that every shipping charge will be 100% accurate. We may have to contact you for additional funds in rare instances. All shipping terms on our site refer to business days only – Monday through Friday except for the following holidays:
- New Years Day - January 1st
- Memorial Day - May 27th
- Independence Day - July 4th
- Labor Day - September 2nd
- Thanksgiving Day and the day after - November 28th and 29th
- Christmas Day - December 25th
International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority International Mail by default, but, we have other options available. USPS 1st Class International Mail is the cheapest and slowest option that does not offer any tracking-in-transit and generally takes 12 - 15 business days from the time the items leave the U.S. Contact us at email@example.com for more information. International Moto Parts can and does ship to PO boxes as well as APO addresses via USPS. Please be sure your post office accepts oversized boxes at their location before ordering. Some customers will experience longer shipping times depending on location and shipping preference. All oversized items, such as but not limited to tires, ATV fenders, ATV racks, UTV roofs, etc. will also be available for a standard ground or ocean freight quote as well and the stated shipping charges on the site will NOT apply. Customer approval for any and all shipping charge differences must be received BEFORE we will process these orders and if you require a special shipping exception, please let us know.
In the event any of the items on your order are cross-shipped from different warehouses, we will hold your order until all items have arrived before shipping it complete to you. We can not ship batteries or chemicals marked as "hazardous". If any of the items on your order are back-ordered and currently unavailable within the U.S., we will notify you and make arrangements to ship all other items and send the back-ordered items separately once they arrive. There may be an additional charge for items sent separately. Back-orders will be held for a maximum of 30 days at which time we will cancel it from your order and refund the original payment method.
All international orders are shipped duties and taxes UNPAID and the customer is responsible for such fees upon delivery of items. The shipping charges from us cover cartage to the final destination only. International Moto Parts currently accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal payments. We can also set-up money orders and direct wire transfers for our international customers upon request – just contact us via email for further instructions. Do not ask us to change the value of your order on the customs statement. The customs statement will reflect the invoice amount and an invoice copy has to be included for customs. Fees paid for international duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees are non-refundable. We sell new, genuine, O.E.M. parts and new after-market parts only. We do NOT sell any used parts.
Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Our website shows the most current pricing available. However, we reserve the right to change prices based on increases from the manufacturers and suppliers, increased shipping prices, or incorrectly marked items.
If you need to cancel an order or part of an order, please send an email to: email@example.com and be sure to include your order number with the word “cancel’ in the subject line.
There will be no restocking fee charged on any order canceled BEFORE 1 p.m. EST the day of the order (or the next business day after if your order was placed overnight or on the weekend on the web site). However, any O.E.M. parts canceled after this time will be charged a 15% of the merchandise value restocking fee. All other orders for non-O.E.M. parts can be canceled without a restocking fee up until the parts have been shipped to you.
We will notify you by email as soon as we learn if any or all of your parts are back-ordered or have been discontinued. You will not be charged for any discontinued parts.
Back-ordered parts can be canceled at any time prior to shipment with no restocking fee.
Please call us for return instructions before returning any items. Any parts returned without first contacting us for instructions will be refused and sent back to you.
All items to be returned must be in new condition, in the original packaging, uninstalled, and unaltered in any way.
Electrical items can NOT be returned.
No COD’s will be accepted for returned items.
All returns must be made within 15 days of the date you received the item as indicated by shippers tracking information. Any items older than 15 days will be refused so please do not wait to open your parts when they arrive.
DO NOT use the manufacturers product box as the shipping container. Please return items only in an appropriate shipping box/container.
To ensure your protection and help deter fraud, all credit card orders pass through our verification system before any orders are submitted. The billing name, address, and zip code you enter on our site must match the information on file at the credit card company.
If you wish to ship to a different address than your billing address, please call your bank BEFORE you place your order to add the additional shipping address. Otherwise, your order will be unnecessarily delayed.

Orders placed using PayPal’s eCheck service will be held for a minimum of 3 – 5 business days until PayPal notifies us that the funds have cleared your bank.

We guarantee your order's privacy and security over the web, with all transactions utilizing an SSL secure server connection. Verisign, Inc., provides our Secure Server Certificate through vNext Technologies, Inc. We do not share any of our customers information with any third parties.
Individual product descriptions are claims of the manufacturer and/or distributor and are not guaranteed accurate. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.
DISTRIBUTORS, SHOPS, AND RESELLERS
We offer additional discounts based on volume to established businesses. We are happy to work with any and all repair shops, distributors, and resellers.
We require proof of business in the form of a business license and/or established web page address, tax-exemption number or EIN, or a copy of a current print marketing ad.
