Hello, we are glad you found our site and would like to introduce ourselves. International Moto Parts was created to fill the need of customers around the world who required new, genuine factory parts for their motorcycles, quads/four-wheelers, scooters, watercraft, and side-by-side vehicles. Many of our customers do not have a nearby local dealer, or are simply tired of paying too much for their parts.
Our site is set-up to help you find your own parts by year/make/model or simply search by part number. We offer you diagrams from the factories and sell only new parts – no used or “knock-off” products are on the site at all. When you are ready to begin, you can see all of the factories and vehicle types we offer parts for here: OEM Parts. All prices shown on our site are in U.S. Dollars.There are many payment and shipping options available and currency conversion tools if you prefer to see your total in your local currency.
We cannot stock every item we sell, but, most orders are shipped within three to five business days of being placed and we will notify you via email of any delays. Our address system is set-up to be very general in order to accommodate a large and varied customer base. Some areas that do not have a postal code, for example, can simply enter “0000” to have the site proceed and properly estimate your shipping options. Also, in areas where there are no states/provinces, you may enter your city or country name a second time.

How We Ship:
All international orders are shipped customs/duties/taxes UNPAID and the customer is responsible for payment of such at time of delivery. Shipping charges collected on our site cover cartage to the final destination only! We can ship your parts directly to you internationally via DHL Worldwide Express shipping as well as USPS Priority International Mail, Fed Ex, and UPS Worldwide service. All of these services offer tracking-in-transit for items and the average transit time for items sent DHL is only three to four business days. Fed Ex and UPS transit times vary based on service level. USPS Priority International Mail service generally takes about 9 – 12 business days in transit, but, upgraded services are available including USPS Express Mail service which cost more, but, cuts the transit time down to 5 – 7 business days. USPS 1st Class International Mail is the cheapest and slowest option that does not offer any tracking-in-transit and generally takes 12 - 15 business days from the time the items leave the U.S. InternationalMotoParts.com can also arrange for shipments via freight forwarders located close to our fulfillment center for larger and/or higher volume parts orders. Lastly, we also maintain relationships with various freight companies that offer Ocean LCL transport for bulk orders and shipment of larger items. In order to fulfill customers requests InternationalMotoParts will pull from three locations and four warehouses of on-hand inventory, as well as the factory networks across the U.S.
Shipping Cost:
There are live shipping charges for our customers on our site based on dimensions, post codes, and current rates. However, the prices can vary quite a lot on large or oversized items for international customers. While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping dimension information, we may not have every part on our site in the system yet. In the event your order contains a part with dimensions that would cause an increase in the stated shipping charges, we will contact you before processing your order with a new shipping estimate. Again, we will do everything we can to ensure that your shipping charges are correct before you place your order, but, we may have to contact you for additional funds in rare instances. There may also be a time when you need your parts there “yesterday” and are willing to pay more for expedited shipping services. That's why InternationalMotoParts.com has options for you during the check out process that allow for faster shipping services. We are run by a factory authorized dealer in the US EST time zone. We will make every attempt to ship your order as soon as possible and most orders will ship in 3 - 5 business days. However, unexpected manufacturers delays will sometimes postpone shipments. In those cases, we will notify you via email of any delays as soon as we are made aware of them, usually within one business day of receiving your order. Payment Types:
We gladly accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and direct wire transfers.
